Tiger Head (Lo Fu Tau) (465M), Mui Wo

路線: 愉景灣海蜂徑 (愉景灣巴士DB01R線: 東涌港鐵站 - 愉景灣碼頭)→登山徑 (請參閱地圖: 海蜂徑, 對面馬路)→老虎頭郊遊徑→亞婆塱（奧運徑）→銀礦灣瀑布→梅窩 (新大嶼山巴士3M: 梅窩 -東涌港鐵站)

Route: Discovery Bay Seabee Lane (DB BusNo. DB01R: Tung Chung Station – DB Ferry Pier Plaza)→Hiking trail (please see the map: Seabee Lane, cross the road)→Tiger Head Trail→A Po Long (Olympic Trail)→Silvermine Bay Waterfall→Mui Wo (New Lantao Bus No. 3M: Mui Wo – Tung Chung Station)
